

Sean McGould
Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer
Sean founded the Lighthouse Group (dba “Lighthouse”) and serves as CEO and CIO. He is the chairman of the Lighthouse Group Executive Committee and the Lighthouse Group Investment Research Committee, and a member of the Board of Directors of Navigator Global Investments, Lighthouse’s parent company. Prior to Lighthouse, Sean was the Director of the Outside Trader Investment Program for Trout Trading Management Company, Ltd. (Trout) based in Bermuda.
At Trout, he was responsible for the allocation of several hundred million dollars of the fund’s assets to external alternative asset strategies. Prior to joining Trout, he worked for Price Waterhouse in auditing and corporate finance. Sean graduated with high honors from Butler University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

Ben Browning
President
Ben is the president of the Lighthouse Group. He is a member of the Lighthouse Group Executive Committee and is responsible for managing various aspects of Lighthouse business activities, including firm strategy, product and business development, and investor relations, with particular emphasis on positioning the firm for overall future growth. Prior to joining Lighthouse, Ben spent over a decade with K2 Advisors, where he held several different roles.
Most recently, as the chief operating officer and a senior managing director, in which he worked directly with K2’s founder to lead K2’s business-related activities. Before his time at K2, Ben began his career as an attorney, where he worked in M&A and investment management groups with several New York–based law firms. Ben received his JD from Duke University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan. Ben also serves on the board for the Kennedy Center of Connecticut.

Clark Prickett
Executive Managing Director
Clark is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Lighthouse Group multi-strategy funds and custom mandates. Clark is the co-chair of the Lighthouse Group Investment Research Committee. He is also a member of various other Lighthouse Group committees and teams including the Executive Committee, Pricing Committee, Relative Value Opportunistic Strategy Team, and Global Equity Strategy Team.
Prior to joining Lighthouse in 2003, he worked in the risk arbitrage group of a multi-strategy hedge fund manager. Clark began his career at SunTrust Bank, where he worked in the portfolio management division, and later, in the derivatives and interest rate risk management group within the bank’s treasury department. Clark graduated from the University of Richmond with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Economics and earned his Master of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago. He is also a CFA charterholder.

David Pollok
General Counsel
David oversees the Lighthouse Group’s legal and compliance teams and advises on various legal matters for the firm. David is also responsible for management of the firm’s compliance and regulatory matters. He is a member of the Lighthouse Group Executive Committee and the Lighthouse Group Risk and Valuation Committee. Before joining Lighthouse, David practiced with the law firms of K&L Gates, LLP and Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP.
David’s practice focused on representing various financial institutions, including hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds, registered investment advisers, broker-dealers and registered investment companies. David earned his Juris Doctor with honors from Brooklyn Law School and his Bachelor of Arts in English from The George Washington University. David is a member of the New York and Florida Bar. David is also currently a member of the National Future Association’s (NFA) CPO/CTA Advisory Committee, the NFA’s Board Nominating Committee and the NFA’s Business Conduct Committee.

Robert Swan
Chief Operating Officer
Rob is an original principal of the Lighthouse Group. He is a member of the Lighthouse Group Executive Committee and the chairman of both the Lighthouse Group Risk and Valuation Committee and the Lighthouse Group Pricing Committee. Rob co-heads Lighthouse Group’s operations department, which was recently rebranded as Luminae. He was previously the Senior Treasury Consultant for Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), where he provided treasury and risk management system implementations. Prior to CSC, Robert was the Director of Accounting for Trout Trading Management Company, Ltd. (Trout) based in Bermuda.
At Trout, he was directly responsible for monitoring and reporting on all fund trading activities—including financial reporting, internal control, regulatory compliance and general due diligence—as well as management of Trout’s many brokerage and external investment advisor relationships. Robert began his career in audit practice for Ernst & Young (E&Y). Robert earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He is also a former Certified Public Accountant.

Scott Perkins
Executive Managing Director
Scott is an original principal of the Lighthouse Group. He is a member of the Lighthouse Group Executive Committee and oversees various business activities of the firm, including growth strategy in Asia, relationship management in the Middle East and Europe, and a variety of strategic corporate initiatives.
Prior to joining the firm in 2001, Scott worked in business development with a publicly traded technology firm, where he was responsible for business strategy, including negotiating joint venture relationships with industry leaders and evaluating equity investment opportunities. Previously, he served as a corporate attorney specializing in corporate and banking transactions with the law firm of Mays & Valentine, LLP. He began his career at the accounting firm of Coopers & Lybrand, LLP. Scott earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the College of William & Mary and his Juris Doctor from Washington & Lee University School of Law. He is also a former Certified Public Accountant. Scott serves on the Board of Trustees for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society – Palm Beach Area Chapter.
